Facing Into Fear Webinar
Putting fear in its rightful place
What is it that stops you doing that new thing or making that change? Is it really lack of time, money, resources, training, energy ...? Or is it something deeper, darker and more primal? Procrastination, avoidance or just not moving forward, usually boils down to one thing... FEAR!! What if ...??!!
Coaching, talking and support can obviously help tremendously, but so might just simply stopping and exploring fear itself. Taking a proper look at it; sizing it up, having a bit of a word with it. Acknowledging it, accepting it, perhaps being more OK with it? If fear has been in your driving seat for too long, then maybe it's time to face up to and into fear? Perhaps it's time fear got told to take it's foot off the brake, get out of the driving seat and sit quietly in the back, whilst we're driving?
Because if you knew you could move forward, even with fear in the back coming along for the ride, what would change for you?
This session will look squarely into the face of fear to see if we can develop a more healthier, balanced and beneficial relationship with it.
